The world of health care industry is generating the maximum number of jobs during the economic meltdown. The industry currently creates about 1.5 million to two million jobs every year. It has predicted that this momentum will be maintained for the next 15 years. Recession had not hit health care industry in any way. Health care industry is creating an equal number of jobs in both health care and medical fields. Thirty five percent of employees are in other medical functions such as administration, management, marketing and IT professionals. Today the industry requires medical analysts, medical equipment industry, and pharmaceutical industry to manage hospital systems.

One of the fastest growing professions today in healthcare is Medical Analysis. For those of you who are not aware a Medical Analyst listens to dictated recordings made by physicians and other medical professionals and convert them into document in the prescribed format. It does not merely include transcribing documents but also involves analyzing the voice files and documents and correcting mistakes if any made by the physician.

 

The greatest advantage about this job is that it reqiures no formal experience or any formal qualifications. All you need to have is the following skills:

   

• Aptitude for good written English skills 
• Good listening, writing and comprehension skills 
• An eye for details 
• Typing and basic knowledge in Computers would be an added advantage. 
• Word processing skills
• Patience and concentration 
• Sound judgment 

 

If you are a person with basic education, say +2 then it is more than enough to become a medical analyst. Just imagine at such a young age you no longer depend on your parents for pocket money and feel more independent. It is a misconceived  notion that inorder to get a job you need a basic degree but now thats no longer the case. You do have the option of studying as well as earning some extra income. As mentioned earlier anyone can do it as long as you have the zest to learn new things and how fast you absorb it.
 

The experience in this job enables you to have excellent language skills, tremendous collection of words and their absolute pronounciation. So quality training is inevitable. The medical analysis industry continues to be an essential part of healthcare even with all the worlds technological advances.
